Shipments to the Canary Islands: The purchase and shipping option is made through the BANANGO platform https://web.banango.app/ You can copy the link of the items you want to buy from LOOFRO, on the BANANGO website or mobile application. The platform will place the order for you, and once the payment has been made in BANANGO, it will be in charge of sending it to your destination. Shipping rates and service commissions are specified on the BANANGO website.

How long will it take to receive my order?

As long as the products are in stock, the shipment will have a delivery time specified above. Orders placed on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.

How can I make a request?

Placing an order is as simple as choosing your item, entering your shipping information and making payment. You will receive a confirmation email immediately once the process is completed. Check Spam or junk mail if necessary.

Do I need to have an account to place an order?

You can place an order "as a guest", but you must always indicate your personal information so that we can send it to you, and we appreciate you indicating your email.

How I can track the status of my order?

You will receive your tracking number by email so you can track the order on our shipping tracking portal (store -> track your order). Located at the bottom of the website.

How can I return one or more items?

You have a period of 14 calendar days (from receipt of your order, INCLUDING THE DAY IT IS RECEIVED) to request any return if you wish.

In the event of a product return, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred, as long as the return is not due to an ERROR in the merchandise or TARE of the garment. You can pick up the package at home or drop it off at a GLS parcel shop.

We do not manage changes through the website, the change must be made as a new order.

Returns: Customer Service -> Returns Portal, located at the bottom of our website. The refund will be made to the same payment method used for the purchase or an in-store voucher will be sent by email without expiration.

IMPORTANT: Product returns will not be made with TARA if you have not informed us of this within 24 hours of receipt.

YOU SHOULD NOT SEND US THE PACKAGE AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE

* SHIPPING COSTS OF THE ORIGINAL ORDER ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, SINCE IT IS A CONSUMED SERVICE.

Refunds will be ordered within a maximum period of 7 days from receipt at our facilities. (It depends on your bank or PayPal, if applicable, whether the payment takes more or less time)

The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was received by the customer, including the labels of each garment.

Lenifro reserves the right to reject returns when: The return request is out of time, receipt of the product used, washed, stained or without labels. In the event that the garments arrive in any of the aforementioned cases, they will not be returned.
