Free shipping on orders over €100
Shipping to Peninsula and Portugal (1 to 2 days) < €100 - €4.99

Our transport agency is GLS nationally and UPS internationally.

Shipping to the Canary Islands: The purchase and shipping option is done through the BANANGO platform https://web.banango.app/ You can copy the link of the items you wish to purchase from LOOFRO, on the BANANGO website or mobile application. The platform will place the order for you, and once payment has been made in BANANGO, it will be responsible for sending it to your destination. Shipping rates and service fees are specified on the BANANGO website.

How long will it take to receive my order?

As long as the products are in stock, the shipping will have the delivery time specified above. Orders placed on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.

There is no messaging on Saturday and Sunday

ORDERS AND RETURNS

How can I place an order?

Placing an order is as simple as choosing your item, entering your shipping information and making the payment. You will receive a confirmation email immediately after completing the process. Check Spam or Junk Mail if necessary.

Do I need to have an account to place an order?

You can place an order "as a guest", but you must always provide your personal information so that we can send it to you, and we appreciate you indicating your email address.

How can I track the status of my order?

You will receive your tracking number by email so you can track your order on our shipping tracking portal (store -> track your order). Located at the bottom of the website.

How can I return one or more items?

You have a period of 14 calendar days (from receipt of your order, INCLUDING THE DAY IT IS RECEIVED) to request any return if you so wish.

In the event of a product being returned, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred, provided that the return is not due to an ERROR in the merchandise or a DEFECT in the item. The package can be collected at home or dropped off at a GLS parcel shop.

We do not manage changes through the web, the change must be made as a new order.

Returns Spain and Portugal: Customer Service -> Returns Portal, located at the bottom of our website. The refund will be made to the same payment method used in the purchase or a voucher will be sent by email in store with no expiration date.

International returns: International returns (outside Spain and Portugal) are the responsibility of the customer. The customer must send the item they wish to return to the following address: LOOFRO FASHION SL C/ Ciudad de Barcelona 1 Nv 3, 46988, Paterna, Valencia, Spain. The customer must send the tracking number and courier company with which they sent the package to: contact@lenifro.com.

LOOFRO FASHION SL is not responsible for any loss or damage while the returned package is in the hands of the courier.

IMPORTANT: No returns will be made for products with TARA if you have not notified us of this within 24 hours of receipt.

SPAIN AND PORTUGAL YOU SHOULD NOT SEND US THE PACKAGE AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE

* SHIPPING COSTS FOR THE ORIGINAL ORDER ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, SINCE IT IS A CONSUMED SERVICE.

Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 7 days from receipt at our facilities. (It depends on your bank or PayPal, if applicable, how long the refund takes)

The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was received by the customer, including the labels for each item.

ITEMS WITH A DISCOUNT OR PROMOTION WILL NOT BE REFUNDABLE. YOU WILL BE SENT A COUPON WITH THE AMOUNT TO SPEND IN THE ONLINE STORE WITH NO EXPIRATION DATE.

Lenifro reserves the right to refuse returns when: The return request is out of date, the product is received used, washed, stained or without labels. If the garments arrive in any of the aforementioned circumstances, the return will not be processed.
