Due to the holidays, all shipments made after August 14th will be sent on August 28th. Thank you for your understanding.



Free shipping on orders over €100

Shipping to the Peninsula (1 to 2 days) < €100 - €3

Shipping to the Balearic Islands (2 to 3 days) < €100 - €8
Shipping to the USA and Canada (2 to 7 days) < €100 - €30

Our shipping agency is SEUR for national shipments and UPS for international shipments.

Any customs fees that may be applied by the destination country will be borne by the customer.

Shipping to the Canary Islands: Purchase and shipping options are available through the BANANGO platform https://web.banango.app/. You can copy the link of the items you wish to purchase from LENIFRO to the BANANGO website or mobile app. The platform will process the order for you, and once payment has been made, BANANGO will ship it to your destination. Shipping rates and service fees are specified on the BANANGO website.

How long will it take to receive my order?

As long as the products are in stock, shipping will be within the delivery time specified above. Orders placed on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.

How can I place an order?

Placing an order is as simple as choosing your item, entering your shipping information, and making the payment. You'll receive a confirmation email immediately after completing the order. Check spam or junk mail if necessary.

Do I need to have an account to place an order?

You can place an order as a guest, but you'll always need to provide your personal information so we can ship it to you, and we appreciate your email address.

How can I track the status of my order?

You'll receive your tracking number by email so you can track your order on our tracking portal (store -> track your order). It's located at the bottom of the page.

How can I return one or more items?

You have 14 calendar days (from receipt of your order, INCLUDING THE DAY IT IS RECEIVED) to request any return if you wish.

In the event of a product return, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred, provided the return is not due to an error in the merchandise or a defect in the garment. Customers can pick up the package at home or drop it off at a SEUR parcel shop.

We do not process changes through the website; changes must be made as a new order.

Returns in Spain and Portugal: Customer Service -> Returns Portal, located at the bottom of our website. Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase, or a valid in-store voucher will be sent by email.

International Returns: International returns (outside Spain and Portugal) are the customer's responsibility. The customer must send the item they wish to return to the following address: LENIFRO C/ Villa de Bilbao, 19 46988, Paterna, Valencia, Spain. The customer must send the tracking number and the courier company used to send the package to: contact@lenifro.com.

LENIFRO is not responsible for any loss or damage while the returned package is in the care of the courier.

IMPORTANT: Returns of products with TARA will not be made if you have not notified us of this within 24 hours of receipt.

SPAIN AND PORTUGAL DO NOT SEND US THE PACKAGE ON YOUR OWN

* SHIPPING COSTS FOR THE ORIGINAL ORDER ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, SINCE IT IS A CONSUMED SERVICE.

Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receipt at our facilities. (The time it takes to process your refund depends on your bank or PayPal, as applicable.)

The returned product must be in the same condition as it was received by the customer, including the tags attached to each garment.

Items on sale, discounts, or promotions will not be refundable. You will be sent a coupon with the amount to be spent in the online store, which never expires.

Lenifro reserves the right to reject returns when: the return request is late, the product is received worn, washed, stained, or missing tags. If the garments arrive in any of the aforementioned circumstances, the refund will not be processed.
